1. Access to the Venue
• Entry formalities: Each visitor must present one of the following valid documents:
– National identity card
– Passport
– Driver’s licence (issued after September 2013)
– Valid residence permit
Please ensure that the information provided during registration (names, dates of birth, spelling)
matches exactly the ID shown on the day. Any discrepancy will prevent entry.
• Journalists: Admitted under the same conditions as participants (must register, with valid ID).
• Security check: Allow extra time for security procedures.
• The building is accessible for people with reduced mobility (PMR). Access point: 9 Rue de Bourgogne.
