Profile
Natasha’s practice spans civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory matters and public
international law. She acts for a variety of domestic and international clients, private companies and
government departments, and is regularly instructed in matters before the high court, county court,
crown court, magistrates’ court and Tribunals, as both sole counsel and as junior to leading
counsel. She accepts instructions in most of Chambers’ main areas.
Before coming to the Bar, Natasha qualified as a solicitor in 2015 with the US commercial law firm
Skadden, where she worked on complex international disputes and regulatory matters.
After her law degree at Oxford University and an LL.M. specialising in public international law,
Natasha clerked for the President of the Supreme Court of Israel in Jerusalem. In 2018, as a
Pegasus Scholar, Natasha was a Fellow at Columbia Law School in the National Security Law
Program. She lectures globally on aspects of public international law and national security policy.

Natasha is a frequent contributor on legal matters for international media, including the BBC, Sky
News, CNN, GB News, Talk TV and Fox and has written for publications including the Telegraph,
Sunday Telegraph and Law Society Gazette.
Natasha is a sought-after keynote speaker on international law, foreign affairs and national security
policy. She regularly briefs politicians and international organisations and has spoken at
Parliaments across Europe and at the United Nations.

Expertise
Arbitration and International
Natasha has experience as sole counsel and as junior to leading counsel in arbitrations under the
ICC and SIAC Institutions. Natasha’s experience in investment treaty disputes for both
governments and investors and in major commercial arbitrations dates back over a decade before
coming to the bar.
Natasha advises on public international and human rights law as sole counsel and has contributed
to several submissions before the International Criminal Court and the International Court of
Justice.
Natasha is a member of Arbitration Ireland and the LCIA.
Civil and Commercial
Natasha appears in a wide range of complex civil claims, including those with an international
dimension raising jurisdictional questions. She has been instructed as sole counsel and as junior to
leading counsel in a number of high-profile high court claims. Natasha’s experience before the bar
included complex and high value litigation in the commercial court. Wherever appropriate and
advantageous, Natasha will seek to negotiate a settlement and avoid the costs and uncertainty of
litigation.

Natasha has been appointed to the C Panel of the Attorney General’s List of Specialist Regulatory
Advocates and is a member of the Association of Health and Safety Lawyers. Her instructions
include prosecutions for the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency, Care Quality
Commission and the DVSA. She also often appears for local authorities and police forces with
respect to regulatory matters and Confiscation and Compensation Orders under POCA.
Natasha also has a busy defence practice in all areas of regulatory work, recently representing a
leading infrastructure company with respect to Water Regulations, a hospitality company with
respect to fire safety and health and safety offences, a housing company with respect to fire safety
improvement notices and a construction company with respect to nuisance claims. She worked as
a junior in a team representing a corporate Core Participant in connection with the Grenfell Tower
Inquiry.
Employment
Natasha has experience in multi-day contested hearings, representing claimants and respondents,
in matters involving claims of unfair, wrongful and constructive dismissal, discrimination and breach
of contract, and in remedy hearings. Natasha is practiced at representing respondents against
litigants in person.
