Hej Maria,
Tak for en hurtig samtale om Pirateri, jeg har som sagt været med siden 1987, hvor jeg fik tilladelse
fra det daværende Post & Telegrafvæsen til opsætning af parabol antenner.
Nedenfor er min beskrivelse af en nøglefærdig løsning mod Pirateri, hvor de sidste ting skal omtales i
en samtale med en underskrevet NDA/samarbejdsaftale, hvor man som partner ved de sidste ting.
Om det er en eller flere som vil være sammen med mig om dette projekt, det må tiden jo vise.
Samme beskrivelse er sendt til Viaplay Jørgen Madsen Lindemann og Allente Jonas Gustafsson uden
reaktion.
Personligt stiller jeg spørgsmål om de virkelig ønsker at stoppe det?

I’ve not a problem to let IRDETO file this invention (and pay the associated costs) and assign HPT
ApS/Henrik Mikkelsen as the inventor after which IRDETO has access to monetize it to your customer
base and any other CAM provider in this link:

I’ll let IRDETO be the main provider of this invention to any other provider of CAM’s. This IS not only a

IRDETO can make “white label” of the “control system” for any other CAM provider, just the
payment is as above.
As I see it, you will shot down the sales of Pirate equipment in no time, the equipment is like a
provider of this:

I don’t know how deep I need to go down in this,
but I can give you a Danish example here below.
A hotel in Aarhus, they have a provider of DVB-C. Total of QAM’s is 16. They will be converted from
QAM to channels on a remote control. 64 “FTA” channels in every room of the hotel. Great solution

but NO.
IT IS NOT A GREAT SOLUTION, you can steal the QAM when it comes out of the Triax HE:

and then put it into this unit:

and out
to a server that makes an m3u file for any channel inside this TBS8510.
If you have made any of the 16 QAMS as scrambled content, you need an IRDETO CAS system with a
cardless CAM and the “control system” connected per flatscreen, then you can’t steal any channel from
it.

Same with DVB-T2 in Denmark. Today you as a customer can get per subscription, 4 CAMS and use 4
different places all over the country. CAMS is one way connection, again connected though the
“Control system” you will not be able to use it in another place.
Satellite is a major problem. You have today a professional CAM that will do 8 services:

again you will be able to steal the signal
and convert it for an m3u file.

Why is it possible to use the
Sky Sport F1 from Germany in Dubai? If it was connected to the “Control system” it will not be
possible to use it in Dubai.
I do wish now you can understand my heavily concern for this business, but the major huge problem is
the broadcasters/providers ability to change for a scrambled solution with a “control system” like I’ve
in my mind.
Let me know what will be the next step to solve this major huge problem.
