Hello,
I am writing to ask you to please intervene in the case of Kiera Kronvold and her baby Zammi. The
FKU tests are already being reevaluated and should not have been a basis to separate this mother
and child. The regrettable legacy of counties with a history of abusing the rights of indigenous
parents and children should give any public official pause and lead the to a more merciful and
careful decision. Denmark can lead the way out of this dark history by showing leadership in this
case and a more reflective approach to healing the wrongs of the past. Please do not miss this
opportunity to do the right thing.
