I write this email to the Danish Parliament house because of
an unjustified and unfair decision which is out of the
international human rights and out of the human dignity for

we are living. A law in a
democratic country is set by principles and rules to make
life better and easier for the citizens and to the residents of
a country. And the foundation of laws and rules is based on
to deliver justice to every single individual regardless of
culture, race, color, sex, religion and ethnical background.
That is what laws command us to follow, in fact not to
misuse laws by disgrading our fellow citizens and make life
more and more miserable for them. If that is the case and
meaning of law making, then why still I as a permanent
resident of this free land Denmark can not be given justice,
though I am self a man of principles and rules?
With all my heart and blood I respect to support and abide
by genuine laws and rules that brings me justice and peace,
not hatred and hate and discrimination of my being in this
country. The decision which the Danish Immigration Service
has take o
ife’s appli atio fo fa il e-unification
is entirely biased and full of prejudice which can eventually
lead to a family disaster and seperation of a mother from a
two years old child who is already a part of this society, my
child has just started to get and give love to her father and
her mother and those children and teachers who are with

her in the kindergarten. And my child Sofia has the Danish
permanent residence.
Let me put this forward :
Is it a law that separates a wife from a husband without
knowing what consequences it will bring on me and my wife
who is already shattered by losing her family in
Afghanistan?
Is it a law that sends a lonely and a desperate woman alone
back to a place where her life is 101% in abslolute danger
and to a place where there is no personal authority for a
woman or even more simply no right for a woman to live
freely? And you all know better and most clearly about the
life circumstances for a lonely woman in Afghanistan than
any one else!
Is that a law that brings this unjustice and torture physically
and psycologically a man like me myself who has always
contributed to this society day in and day out. And still doing
my job to support my economy and to help my family to be
happy?
No, o, o I do ’t ag ee o this that this is the ge ui e la
of this free land!! That brings all this consequences on our
lives. And It is not totally fair what is being done to me!

This is a question of mentality and wrong judgement. This
is a question of human ignorance and hatred. This is a
question of less sympathy for the human race.
I deeply believe in laws and conditions for every aspect of
life as lo g as the do ot dest o a pe so s’s life a d gi e
us misery.
On the decision letter from the Danish Immigration Service
it explained as follows below:
Reasons for the decision
You do not have a legal basis for staying in Denmark and you
did not provide in- formation about any exceptional
i u sta es that, ased o De a k’s i te a-
tional
obligations, can provide reason for you being allowed to
apply in Denmark.
Let me ask this that what could have a more legal basis for
staying in Denmark than taking care of my two years old
child who desperately needs a mother by its human right
and nature?

Here is below a short briefing that Denmark has considered
about the Danish International obligation about women
rights:

and an integrated part of international law. Denmark
reconfirms respect for human rights regardless of migratory
status and fully supports the principle of non-discrimination
of refugees and migrants as well as the fundamental rights
of these groups such as rule of law, protection and security.
Denmark similarly supports that all human rights and
international law must be respected when it comes to
migrants arriving in Denmark. Denmark attaches particular

Please, let me make myself clearer that I am one of those
residents in Denmark who has been more thankful to the
help and favour which Denmark has bestowed upon me.
When I first came to Denmark in 2010, Literally I was like a
new toddler who tries to learn to walk and take his/her new
steps in life, because of a sudden change of location, social
and cultural change. Before coming or reuniting with my
father here in Denmark, I was enough matured and enough
principled to set my life apart from the good and bad in
spite of living my life without my father in a critically war
zone like Afghanistan for a long time. So it was here the

people, the kind citizens of this land that took my hand and
they helped me from all the bottom to the top for up to 2
years till I was able to stand and find a way to support my
life financially.
Last but not the least, I beg every singular administrative
part of the Danish Parliament to let me protect my family in
peace and in a family harmony and serve Denmark as a
normal citizen of this free country. And I beg the Parliament
where the hope of all we citizens of this country is with to
coordinate about my family re-unification application with
The Danish Immigration Service.
And if there is any chance of getting in touch with me face
to face, I will be
very very
much
glad
to see you and put my
current status or issue in discusion with you in details.
Thank and regards
