Dear former heads of state,

Greetings, I am Man Hee Lee, the peace advocate of HWPL.

On 25 May 2013, I proclaimed the Declaration of World Peace to

the world for the first time. On 18 September 2014, during the

WARP Summit that was held at the Peace Square of Seoul

Olympic Park and 63 Building in the Republic of Korea, the

participants and I promised before God and people of the world

to achieve the cessation of war and leave peace as a legacy for

future generations. According to this promise, the Declaration of

Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW), consisting of 10 articles

and 38 clauses, was proclaimed to the whole world on 14 March

2016, which I believe many people around the globe are aware of.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to make a request to former

heads of state, who have made tireless endeavors for their

countries and peoples. For world peace, please join hands with

HWPL, a global organization, to achieve peace and cessation of

war and leave a lasting legacy for future generations. This work

is a way to save lives from death.

We, HWPL, have the answer for achieving this purpose.

Transcending borders of nationality, race, and religion, we have

gone around the world 29 times calling for peace. Politicians,

university presidents, former heads of state, and journalists have

signed Memoranda of Understanding with HWPL and are

working with us.

As predecessors, I believe former heads of state are advisors and

light for the road ahead for current heads of state. Former heads

of state can do even greater things than the incumbents. When I

say greater things, I mean the work of achieving global peace and

cessation of war. If former heads of state come together as one,

this group will have a very strong power. For this cause, HWPL

will also work at the forefront. We, HWPL, have a solution for

achieving peace, the DPCW. This is a way to save humanity, and

there is no greater work than this.

The work mentioned above is the request that I wish to make to

former heads of state. The old era has gone and the new era has

come, just as night gives way to morning. According to the will

of the Creator, let us cease all wars, achieve peace, and leave it as

a permanent legacy for future generations. This is the light that

we will shed on the future, the greatest light in history. We are not

people of small minds but of great minds that can embrace the

whole world. We will accomplish the greatest work and open up

a new world, a world of peace.

Your Excellency, please read this letter and reply. People all

around the world know about HWPL and the DPCW. When we

do the work of peace according to the will of the heavens, the

heavens will help us. This work is the most blessed and greatest

work. I sincerely hope you find this letter heartening. May God,

the source of all blessings, be with Your Excellency. Thank you
