Vaccination prevents the pandemic

The eradication of Avian Influenza in 2003 in the Netherlands killed 13 million poultry and other birds.

Some 80 people were infected. One (veterinarian) died.

Lessons, learned in Holland, made it clear that stamping out endangers public health. So, to prevent a pandemic, all commercial poultry should be vaccinated rather than buying Tamiflu.

We request the Ministers of the European Union, together in Luxemburg on October 18th, to take their responsibility by making preventive vaccination possible.

It is the only way to protect public health.
